Artistic concept for a room installation, commissioned by Credit Suisse for the client reception area of Credit Suisse Lugano (not realized)

Vertical part (entrance hall): Light objects (curved aluminium sheet, light installation, acrylic glass, galvanized wire mesh, yellow polyethylene strips, crochetet)

Horizontal part (on the three levels of the building): photo panels, showing soil samples from 3 places in South Africa, framed (glass, steel)

13 units, 37 x 37 x 5 cm, 37 x 50 x 5 cm, 50 x 37 x 5 cm and 105 x 72 x 5 cm

Das Lichtobjekt weckt Paradiesvorstellungen, Glücksgefühle der unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten. Dass das Geld, also die Tätigkeit der Bank, dazu verhelfen könnte, liegt unausgesprochen in der Luft. Der Verweis auf den Boden steht für das ambivalent Irdische der Horizontalen. Gewürze lassen an Erlebnisse von ungenießbar scharf bis köstlich belebend denken. Südafrika eröffnet die Spannweise von geographisch fern, doch nah im globalen Zeitalter. Und all die Farben heißen Heaven and Earth.
